Blorpify

Dump whatever’s on your mind. It gets sorted out.

Blorpify is a life tracker for people who never manage to keep one. You type the thing the way you’d say it out loud. It works out what the thing actually is, whether you’re already tracking it, and where it belongs.

Free to use. Your workspace is private to you.
The Blorpify inbox: a capture box above a list of open items, each showing its filed title with the original typed capture underneath, and two overdue items pulled into a Needs Attention band.
The real interface. Each row shows what you typed, in italics, under the title it was filed as.

How it works

  1. 01

Type it the way you'd say it

One box. No project, no due date, no tags to pick first. “bike insurance runs out on the 25th, sort it” is a perfectly good capture.

  2. 02

It gets filed while you're gone

A pass runs over everything you dumped and decides: is this a new thing to track, or an update to something already open? It writes the title, picks the life area, and reads the date out of your own words.

  3. 03

You come back to a sorted list

Open items, grouped by area, with what's overdue pulled to the top. Each one keeps the raw thing you typed underneath it, so you can always see where it came from.

Inside a blorp

Everything you ever typed about one situation stays on one thread, in order, with the state of it visible at the top: how severe, whether it’s blocked, when it’s due, who it’s on.

A blorp opened to its thread: the title, a Blocked tag, three fire icons for severity, a due date, and three dated updates from oldest to newest, with a box to add the next one.
One situation, three updates, still open. The panel on the right is the whole history.
The capture box mid-typing, showing the text 'chase the boiler again /fire3' where /fire3 is highlighted as a single connected token, with a matching command suggestion below and a three-fire chip.
Commands are typed inline. /fire3 stays one token and shows you what it will do before you send.

What you get

Threads, not checkboxes

Most things in a life aren't tasks, they're situations that drag on. A blorp keeps every update in order, so “the boiler” is one thread with a history rather than six identical reminders.

Severity in fire

Three levels, shown as 🔥 to 🔥🔥🔥, and the list sorts by it. Type /fire3 while capturing and it lands already marked.

Commands while you type

/tomorrow, /fire2, /assign, /find, /ask. Start one with / and it stays a single connected token until you close it, so a command never breaks apart mid-word.

People and organisations

Names that recur become entities of their own, with every thread that mentions them on one page. @ someone to tag them.

Ask your own backlog

/ask puts a question to everything you've captured, so “what am I waiting on from other people?” is answerable rather than a scroll.

Shared workspaces

Use it alone, or invite people into an organisation where items can be assigned and picked up by whoever is closest to them.

It’s where the thought is

Most things worth capturing turn up while you’re standing somewhere else. The same workspace works at phone width, with the capture box first and everything else out of the way underneath.

Nothing to install. It runs in the browser you already have open.
