Blorpify stores the things you type into it so it can show them back to you, and sends them to Google’s Gemini models so they can be sorted. It is not advertising supported, and your content is not sold, rented, or used to train anyone’s models.

Your account. Signing in uses Google. From that, Blorpify receives and stores your user ID, email address, display name and profile picture URL. No password is ever created or seen by Blorpify.

What you capture. The text you type, any image you attach, and everything derived from it: the items it becomes, their titles, due dates, severity, the threads of updates, the life areas they are filed under, and the people and organisations named in them.

Workspace membership. If you join an organisation workspace, your name, email and picture are visible to the other members of that workspace, because items can be assigned between you.

There is no analytics or advertising tracking on this site.

In Google Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage, under a Firebase project controlled by Ata Keskin. Each workspace’s content lives in its own subtree, and the database’s access rules restrict reads and writes to the signed-in owner of that workspace or, for an organisation, its members. Google’s infrastructure encrypts this data at rest, and the site is served over HTTPS only.

Google Cloud and Firebase host the application, the database, the file storage and authentication.

Google Vertex AI (Gemini) receives your captured text, and any image you attach, in order to file it. To do that well it is also sent relevant existing context from your own workspace: your life areas, the items already open, and the people and organisations you have recorded. Vertex AI processes this to answer the request and, on Google’s enterprise terms, does not use it to train its models.

Copies of these model requests and responses are kept in Cloud Storage so that filing mistakes can be diagnosed and corrected. They contain your captured content.

If you use the web-fetch command, the URL you give is sent to the third-party reader service r.jina.ai to retrieve that page’s text.

Your content is kept until you delete it or ask for your account to be removed. Deleting an item removes it from your workspace. Model request logs are retained for troubleshooting and are not exposed to any other user.

You can edit or delete any item at any time from within the app. To request a copy of everything held about you, or full deletion of your account and its contents, contact the address below and it will be actioned.

Blorpify is operated from Germany. If you are in the EEA or the UK you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR, and may complain to your local supervisory authority.

Blorpify is not intended for and should not be used by anyone under 16.

If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected or who receives it, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
