Terms of use

Blorpify is a personal and small-team tracker operated by Ata Keskin. Using it means accepting what is written here. If you do not, please do not sign in.

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. One person per account. You must be at least 16.

You keep ownership of everything you put into Blorpify. You grant only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store your content, to show it back to you and to anyone you have deliberately shared a workspace with, and to send it to the model provider named in the privacy policy so that it can be sorted. Nothing here grants the right to publish your content or to sell it.

Do not use Blorpify for anything unlawful, do not upload content you have no right to, do not attempt to reach another user’s workspace, and do not attack, overload or probe the service. Automated bulk use that degrades it for others is not permitted.

Blorpify uses a language model to decide what your captures mean. It will sometimes file something in the wrong place, misread a date, or summarise a thread badly. Check anything that matters. Do not rely on it as the only record of a legal, medical or financial obligation, and do not treat what it produces as professional advice.

The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee of uptime, and it may change or be discontinued. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ata Keskin is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost or corrupted data arising from use of Blorpify. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You may stop using Blorpify and request deletion of your account at any time. Access may be suspended or removed if these terms are broken.

These terms are governed by German law, without displacing any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
